Michael Banares Lao, a skateboard instructor at Georgia School Ningbo, is invited to consume a traditional delicacy of Xiangshan county in Ningbo, East China’s Zhejiang Province.
Lao is introduced to Xiangshan fish balls by Bao Minglong, secretary general of the Xiangshan Restaurant Association, who refuses to reveal the secret recipe.
