Mao Xianglin, a member of the Communist Party of China, has worked 43 years in Xiazhuang village deep in the mountains of Zhuxian Township, southwest China's Chongqing Municipality, leading villagers to build a mountain road, one that cost him 7 years and spans 8 kilometers on a cliff.
