Former Thai deputy Prime Minister Bhokin Bhalakula lauded the Communist Party of China (CPC)'s people-centered governance and care for people across the world in a recent interview with Xinhua.
He said that the CPC's implementation of targeted poverty alleviation in five steps was key to its success, from which other countries' political parties should learn.
Bhalakula also spoke highly of China's proposal of building a community with a shared future for mankind.
