Salma Ibrahim is a Syrian professor of Arabic Language and Literature at the Sichuan International Studies University since 2008. During her career in China, apart from cultivating students, Salma also co-authored several Arabic textbooks with other professors. She wishes that her students can act as a bridge between Chinese and Arabic culture. "I hope that China will always be vigorous and become a beacon of the world," said Salma Ibrahim.
