The Egyptian Dragon Boat Federation (EDBF) has recently been founded in Cairo, approved by the Egyptian sports minister and recognized by the International Dragon Boat Federation (IDBF). During the ceremony, the IDBF congratulated Egypt and expected it to contribute to spreading the sport in Africa and the Arab world.
