A fashion designer in northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region has integrated his business with distinctive Kazakh ethnic embroidery.
Muberk has combined traditional Kazakh embroidery patterns with modern designs and manufacturing, which injects vitality into the traditional patterns, makes it easier for people to accept, and enables the young people to rediscover the traditional Kazakh patterns. He said it is his way to preserve and pass on the national intangible heritage.
